Rider App

Sign-in: phone number with a searchable country list and one box per code digit, plus Google and Apple sign-in.

Booking: search a destination or move a pin on the map; instant, scheduled, rental and outstation rides; extra stops; book for someone else; a note for the driver.

Upfront prices: each vehicle type with its fare and breakdown, surge and airport notices, and promo codes.

On the trip: the driver’s car moving on the map, the ride PIN, call and chat, trip sharing and an SOS button.

Payments: cash, wallet, card or online payment, tips and receipts.

Account: ride history, saved places, wallet, referrals, emergency contacts, lost items, support tickets, notifications and account deletion.

Driver App

Onboarding: personal details, documents with front and back photos and expiry dates, and vehicles with their own documents, reviewed in the admin panel.

Driving: go online, receive ride offers with a countdown, navigate to pickup, start the trip with the rider’s PIN and complete it.

Demand: surge zones on the map and a destination mode that only offers trips heading your way.

Money: earnings by day, week and month, wallet, cash collection, commission settlement, withdrawals and incentives.

Vehicles: several vehicles per driver, each with its documents.

Admin Panel

Operations: dashboard, live map, rides, riders, drivers, document and vehicle review, SOS alerts, support tickets and lost items.

Pricing: zones drawn on a map, vehicle types, fare plans, surge, rentals, outstation rides and promo codes.

Dispatch: sequential or broadcast offers, search radius and offer timeout.

Money: four payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave) set up from the panel, wallets, withdrawals, referrals and incentives.

Content: a translatable CMS, FAQs, banners, quick messages, cancellation reasons, push campaigns and a Languages page.

Control: admin accounts and roles, an activity log, reports with CSV, Excel and PDF downloads, and a minimum app version (force update).
