Driply is a complete, self-hosted cloud storage and file sharing platform: a Next.js web app, an admin panel, a REST API and a Flutter app for Android and iOS. You point it at your own database and your own object storage, set your prices, and sell storage plans under your own brand. One purchase, both surfaces, no monthly fee to us.

There is no downloadable iOS build — Apple does not allow app distribution outside the App Store and TestFlight. The iOS app is the same Flutter codebase and is included in full; build it with Xcode from the source you buy.

Why Driply

Most file-hosting scripts give you a web app and sell the mobile client as a second item. Driply ships both, built against the same API, from one codebase you own outright. And nothing about it is locked to a vendor: your database is one connection string, your storage is one endpoint, and both can be swapped for anything compatible without touching the code.

✨ What it does

• A real file browser — folders nested as deep as you like, move, copy, rename, multi-select, star, and a recent view.
• ⬆️ Uploads that survive — files go up in chunks straight from the browser to your bucket. Lose your connection halfway through a 2 GB video and it resumes from the last chunk instead of starting again.
• Share links you stay in control of — password-protect a link, give it an expiry date, cap how many times it can be downloaded, or turn it into a drop box that other people upload into. Revoke any of it later.
• ️ Preview before download — images, video with seeking, audio, PDFs, text and syntax-highlighted code all open in place, on web and on mobile.
• ️ A trash that means it — deleting moves a file aside for 30 days where it can be restored. Delete a folder and everything under it goes together, and comes back together.
• Search that finds things — server-side, across names and file types, backed by a real index rather than a table scan.
• Plans and billing — define your plan catalogue in the admin panel and take payment through Stripe Checkout, with invoice history and PDF downloads.
• Quotas that hold up — storage is tracked per account as uploads and deletes happen, and reconciled nightly.
• ️ Over-quota accounts go read-only, never deleted — a customer whose card fails can still download and delete their files. They just cannot upload. You never destroy a paying customer’s data because a payment lapsed.
• ‍ A full admin panel — users, files, plans, subscriptions, analytics over time, site settings, branding, and an append-only activity log.
• Android and iOS app — browse, search, upload from the file picker, photo library or camera, download, preview, share, and pin files for offline use.
• Rebrand in two files — the entire design system is design tokens in one CSS file and one Dart file. Change them and both surfaces follow.
