Ludo Ninja | HTML5 Game with AI and Local Multiplayer

Ludo Ninja is a responsive HTML5 Ludo game built with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. It supports 2-player and 4-player matches, AI opponents, and local pass-and-play multiplayer. The game also includes animated legal-token guidance, browser text-to-speech, music, sound effects, saved matches, and optional PWA installation.

The game board follows standard clockwise movement and includes color-specific opening squares, directional start arrows, protected star stops, and proper home-lane entry with an exact finishing roll. Same-color token stacks use clear count badges instead of overlapping pawns.

The responsive interface is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. On smaller screens, the board adjusts to the available width, legal-token touch targets become larger, four-player cards wrap into two columns, and all game dialogs remain within the viewport.
