Bookapp – Staff Mobile App for Service & Appointment Booking Management (Flutter)

This is not a standalone application. It is the Staff Mobile App (not Seller) built with Flutter for our Laravel-based multivendor service & appointment booking platform, Bookapp.

Important: This app is for Staff members who work under a Seller. Staff do not own the business — they operate on behalf of the Seller and handle assigned tasks.

Through this app, Staff can receive and manage appointments assigned by the Seller. They can view appointment lists, check detailed booking information, see customer details, and track payment, order, and refund statuses. Staff can also accept or reject appointments based on their responsibilities.

Staff members can manage services on behalf of the Seller. They can view services, update service details, edit pricing, manage images, and control service availability as permitted by the Seller.

The app also allows Staff to handle service inquiries, where they can view customer messages, check inquiry details, and respond or manage requests efficiently.

For scheduling, Staff can manage their working availability by setting working days and service schedules.

Staff can also manage their own profile, update personal information, and change passwords directly from the app.

The Staff Mobile App supports Light and Dark Mode and offers a clean, modern interface optimized for smooth performance.

This app works seamlessly with the Bookapp Laravel Web Version, ensuring all data stays synchronized in real time between Seller and Staff activities.
